 powered RAG-based chatbot for Apotek 1\, the largest pharmacy chain in Nor
 way. This assistant helps pharmacists find accurate internal information a
 cross more than 450 locations.\nWhile developing the chatbot was a great a
 chievement\, testing it turned out to be a challenge. Every time we change
 d a single prompt\, model parameter\, or retrieval setting\, we had to ver
 ify the impact. Waiting for deployments or relying on third-party tools wa
 sn’t good enough.\nI needed something fast\, simple\, and tailored to ou
 r needs\, so I built it myself :)\nIn this talk\, I’ll share how I desig
 ned and implemented our custom chatbot testing tool in just a few days. Yo
