SUMMARY:Aspire 13: One AppHost\, Many Languages
DESCRIPTION:Speaker: Chris Ayers\n\nAspire is not just for .NET. With Aspir
 e 13\, you can bring Python\, Node.js\, Go\, Java\, and C# services into a
single AppHost and manage them as one local development experience. In th
is session\, we will build and explore a set of polyglot sample applicatio
 ns using Flask\, Django\, React\, Go\, Java\, and .NET.\nWe will start wit
h the pain Aspire helps remove: service discovery confusion\, scattered co
nfiguration\, fragile startup order\, and READMEs full of manual steps. Yo
u will see how AddPythonApp\, AddNpmApp\, and AddDockerfile bring differen
t runtimes into the Aspire lifecycle\, and how service references and envi
ronment variables replace hardcoded URLs and duplicated .env files. We wil
l also use Aspire’s dashboard to view traces\, logs\, and metrics from m
ultiple languages in one place.\nAlong the way\, we will cover the pattern
s teams need when a repo grows beyond one stack: dependency ordering\, hea
 lth checks\, connection-string injection\, and debugging requests across f
rontend and backend services. We will close by looking at the Aspire CLI w
orkflow\, repo structure\, CI and deployment automation\, and where Azure
fits when you are ready to move beyond local development.\n\nhttps://2026.
